Established in 2007, Friends of the Fatherless began as a grassroots organization with a heart to remind abandoned children that they are still seen and adored.
At Friends of the Fatherless, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of abandoned children and their caregivers. Statement of Faith
We are a Christ-centered organization committed to demonstrating the love of God through service to vulnerable children, their caregivers, and their communities.
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and offers salvation and eternal life to all who place their faith in Him.
We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and our foundation for faith, truth, and Christian living.
We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth. As followers of Christ, we are called to love our neighbors, care for those in need, defend the vulnerable, and serve others with compassion, humility, and generosity.
We believe caring for orphans and vulnerable children is a meaningful expression of the Christian faith and reflects God's heart for those who are without protection, provision, or family support.
