Who can volunteer?
Anyone with a heart to serve is welcome! Whether you’re a student, a professional, a retiree, or simply someone with time and compassion to give — there’s a place for you here.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. All we ask is that you come with an open heart and a willingness to serve. For more specialized tasks, we may provide orientation
Are there age requirements?
Yes. Most volunteer opportunities are open to those 16 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What is the time commitement?
It’s up to you! Though we ask volunteers to commit to at least 10 hours per month. This helps us maintain consistency for the children and programs we serve while giving you flexibility to plan your schedule.
Is there an interview process?
Yes. After submitting your application, we'll schedule an informal call to get to know you better and discuss next steps.
Is there a fee to volunteer?
Yes, as our organization works closely with children, a background check is required. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone involved.
Is there a fee to volunteer?
There is a $35 fee to cover the cost of a background check, which is required for all volunteer roles. We will guide you through the process after your interview.
Can I volunteer with a group?
Absolutely! Families, friends, church groups, and corporate teams are all welcome. Just make sure each individual completes their own application, and include the group name or organizer’s info so we can keep you together.
What if I'm not sure how I want to help?
That’s okay! Just let us know you’re open to different options, and we’ll help you find the best way to get involved based on your schedule, strengths, and interests.
What happens after I apply?
After you submit your application:

You'll receive a confirmation email for your application

A team member will contact you for a short introduction call

You'll be guided through a background check

You'll be matched with a volunteer role and scheduled for an orientation

We offer a variety of opportunities both locally and abroad. Volunteers may help with:
